A: Yes. You can start your account with any amount when you sign up.

A: You can easily retrieve your forgotten account number on our website by giving your registered phone number and email address. Please go to Forgot Account Number page.

A: Confirmation email is sent instantly upon successful online transaction. Please check if it is in your spam/junk folder since your email spam filter might move our email to there.

Q: How do I make a call after sign up?
A: Once you have successfully signed up account, you can call our network access number provider. Then enter destination number you wish to dial. You will be prompted to enter your account number if you dial our access number from other phones not registered with your account. You can register as many numbers as you want with your account.

A: You don't need to enter any account number or pin number to access service if you dial our access numbers from your registered phone number.

Q: When do call charges take affect?
A: Call charges take affect once the destination number you dial connects.
To some destinations, call billing starts once the destination network answers the call although the destination number you called doesn't answer.

A: Unfortunately no. You can only call to destinations we listed in our price list. But our network covers all countries around the world except some satellite phone numbers.

A: No. Call charges are taken out from your account prepaid credit. You can check your call history at any time on our website.

A: You can check your account current balance either by logging into our website, or pressing * by your telephone key pad when it is promoted to enter destination number to dial after you call our access numbers.

A: After you have dialed destination number you wish to call, wait at least 15 seconds while we are trying to connect your call. If you want to hang up at that time, press ## and press 00 to retry the last number you dialed.

A: All the calls you made are subject to be charged only with the valid rates we published on website. Our rates offer may vary time to time to provider the cheapest rates possible. And also be advised calls are billed per minute rounded to nearest minute.
